Application: Position hips behind your opponent's elbow, use legs to anchor on to their body, secure wrist with both hands, drive your hips forward.
Diagnosis: Hyperextension and dislocation of elbow joint.
Recovery Time: 6 minutes if you tap, 6 months if you don't.

Preventative Measures: Keep your enemies close, keep your elbows closer.
