The Ultralight Red Fight Shorts are great! I would say that they fit true to your waist size but also provide a drawstring if you need it. Also, the material of the shorts are great. They are durable and give a lot of flexibility, so limited range of motion is not an issue. I would recommend this to anyone looking for training shorts for jiu-jitsu!
