This is so awesome

I was given 4 weeks to teach the Gracie Bullyproof in my church and taught boys 4th-7th grade. I did not have enough time to hit every lesson but, I drilled the Rules of Engagement in every class and was able to go over some of the Gracie KIDSAFE topics. The boys loved it all!! The parents were also very excited about what their children were learning. I really enjoyed seeing the boys discover ways to avoid, fights defend themselves, and grow more confident in themselves. The games absolutely get the kids engaged and teach them jiu-jitsu without them even realizing it at first. Best of all, I feel that I have grown from this experience. The Parent Preparation Course DVD completely changed my mentality on how to train my daughters in jiu-jitsu and the lessons transfer to the rest of life too. I have been approched to repeat the classes for the girls at my church. This will be great for them and will help me form the minds and hearts of the next generation. And I will have just as much fun as the kids do while doing this!!
