How long does it take for my order to process?
All orders process within the same business day and shipped out the same day before 4pm (EST). Orders placed after 4pm (EST) will be shipped on the next business day.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Under typical circumstances yes. If it is a manufacturing defect, you will be emailed a printable shipping label during the return process. To see additional details please review our return policy.
Can I pick up my order at Headquarters?
Yes. If you are visiting and would like to pick up your order at our headquarters in Torrance, simply input our address (2440 W Carson St, Torrance, CA 90501) as the "Shipping Address" and select "In-Store Pickup" for the shipping method.
How much will it cost to ship to my address?
Shipping costs vary for domestic and international orders. The total cost will be shown in your online order during checkout once all required fields have been entered into your shipping address.
My order has arrived and I'm missing an item. What do I do?
On some items, demand may exceed our expectations. You will be notified of any delay in the shipment of your order. If you wish to substitute an in-stock item for the back-ordered merchandise, please contact Customer Service.
Can I return and/or exchange my merchandise?
You can return the item for a full refund, (Excludes Clearance Items - ALL SALES FINAL - NO RETURNS UNLESS DAMAGED) or you may exchange it for another item - no questions asked. Simply return the item within 30 days of the purchase date, and we’ll take care of it. We will gladly exchange defective DVD's for the same item within 30 days of the purchase date.
What is your DVD policy?
Once opened, our DVD programs can only be exchanged for the same item. However, if the DVDs are still in the original packaging, you can get a full refund for up to 30 days from the date of receipt.
