Disc 2-3: Gracie Games™
In the beginning, Rorion didn't teach his children Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, he "played" Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. Using a series of 10 playful jiu-jitsu games, Rorion engaged his children in the learning process while informally introducing them to the fundamental principles of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. All 10 Gracie Games are featured on discs 2 & 3.

My wife and i bought this set for our oldest daughter that will be turning 4 next month. The set came 2 days ago and started watching yesterday. Our daughter knows that it is tranning videos but its fun and games at the same time. She is bigger and smarter for her age and caught on to this very quickly. She watched game 1 level 1 and then after it was over i put it on the silent example so it would repeat and she watched it repeat for 10 mins then we let her try it. we worked with her for 10 mins then put it back on silent example for 5 mins then worked with her for 10 mins. we did this over and over for 4 times. she had it down good the first time but everytime we stopped and went back to silent example to let her watch and retry she picked up something else and got better with her grip and form. Then we moved to level 2 and did the samething. Then throw in some mixing before we realized that level 3 was mixing. She picked up on this great. After we were done we let her watch both level 1 and 2 again for 10 mins each while we were getting ready to go to town. We spent an hour and a half of fun working with her the first time and she loved it. After we came back home last night we did it all over again. The whole time we were in town she kept asking us if we were going to train again when we get back home. When she went to bed last night after her training the first thing she asked was are we going to train tomorrow. She loves these games and it is fun to watch her and work with her on them. I have never seen her so excited about anything. Today we are going to work with her on game 1 level 1-3 again just like yesterday. Yesterday while we were in town we had her Belt chart laminated to hang in her room. We are also going to make a star chart so after she is finished training for the day she can put a small star beside the day and activity she did and everytime she gets a stripe she can put a big star on the chart. This is a great set and we are so glad we were able to pick it up. If you buy this i promise you will not be disappointed!!

Teaching Bullyproof in my Church
I was given 4 weeks to teach the Gracie Bullyproof in my church and taught boys 4th-7th grade. I did not have enough time to hit every lesson but, I drilled the Rules of Engagement in every class and was able to go over some of the Gracie KIDSAFE topics. The boys loved it all!! The parents were also very excited about what their children were learning. I really enjoyed seeing the boys discover ways to avoid, fights defend themselves, and grow more confident in themselves. The games absolutely get the kids engaged and teach them jiu-jitsu without them even realizing it at first. Best of all, I feel that I have grown from this experience. The Parent Preparation Course DVD completely changed my mentality on how to train my daughters in jiu-jitsu and the lessons transfer to the rest of life too. I have been approched to repeat the classes for the girls at my church. This will be great for them and will help me form the minds and hearts of the next generation. And I will have just as much fun as the kids do while doing this!!

Such an awesome program to ease kids into GJJ
I am so thankful that this program and dvd set exist. Trying to find the right JJ program for small kids is difficulty in my area.
The very well thought theories of how to engage children and provide them training to develop self confidence while learning Self-Defense is unparalleled.
It really helps me to bond with my sons and it helps them to stay active.
I would give 10 stars if I could.

Worth the Money
? I started using the Gracie Bullyproof DVDs at home almost a year ago to teach my three homeschool children. I always thought this program was great, but I just recently realized that it cannot be matched. It is unique and the best.
? I recently enrolled our children in Tae Kwon Do classes for the social interaction as opposed to self-defense training. Gracie Bullyproof allows children to deal with different levels of bullying. The verbal Jiu-Jitsu also allows children to deal with obnoxious, rude behavior from other children without having to engage in full combat. My children have been in Tae Kwon Do for a few weeks, but all their moves seem to go for the fullest amount of physical damage. There are no differing levels to accommodate different situations. I definitely don’t want any of my children striking and kicking another child repeatedly for being shoved. Oh, and the shouting. I cannot stand all the shouting in Tae Kwon Do. Jiu-Jitsu is so quiet; I love that I don’t have to wear earplugs.
? Two of my three children are girls and I find Jiu-Jitsu more adequate for them. They stand a better chance of defending themselves with Jiu-Jitsu than with Tae Kwon Do. I just can’t imagine them striking a much larger opponent and being able to come out unscathed.
? Since there is not a JJ training center in my area, my best bet are the DVDs. I highly recommend them.
