Course tuition is non-refundable, unless Gracie University cancels this seminar for any reason. If for any reason you cannot attend, your agency may send a replacement officer in your place. Alternatively, you may transfer to a different GST course location as long as notice is provided at least 1 month prior to your originally scheduled course.

Texas TCOLE Certification

The Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) is the licensing agency for Peace Officers in the State of Texas. TCOLE accepts courses that are certified through the International Directors of Law Enforcement Standards and Training (IADLEST). Since GST is Nationally Certified through the IADLEST National Certification Program (NCP), TCOLE will grant credit for the GST Level 1 course. A Texas Peace Officer, who successfully completes any GST Level 1 in any state (outside of California), can present their GST certificate to TCOLE to receive credit. Any Peace Officer from outside of Texas who completes a GST Level 1 course in Texas may also qualify for POST credit if their state is a member of the IADLEST National Certification Program. Your online access will remain active for the duration of your certification period.
