This is a very basic but very effective mouthguard. It forms well, lets you breath and very comfortable. I have tried more expensive like Dr. Shock and paid $39,00 and did not get the comfort and simplicity that this mouthguard provides. I just order 4 more so I can always have one handy when I need! Simple and effective!
