GETTING STARTED In order to start ordering and selling Gracie Brand we must first have a Wholesale Application on file. Once you submit your application and it is approved you will receive a confirmation letter informing you of your acceptance and you will be ready to begin. GENERAL RULES Suggested Retail Price In order to sell our products we require all of our retail dealers to mutually agree to resell our products at the suggested retail price. By submitting your Wholesale Application you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you are found violation of this rule your wholesale privileges will be revoked. Wholesale Pricing In order to receive wholesale pricing discounts you must place an order reaching the minimum order total. Once you reach the price break your discount will be calculated in your shopping cart. PLACING ORDERS ONLINE You can go online to www.gracieuniversity.com and place your order at anytime. As you place your order online you will see standard retail prices as you shop however your wholesale discount will be calculated in your shopping cart. You must be logged in to your customer profile in order for the cart to calculate your pricing tier. PROCESSING ORDERS All wholesale orders will be processed in the order they are received; except Gracie University Holidays and/or Closures. BACKORDERS If items are on backorder you will be notified and your packing slip will indicate which items are on backorder. You may choose to keep the item on backorder and upon receiving more stock, your items will be shipped. Otherwise, you will receive a credit or refund for that backordered item. SHIPMENTS All domestic shipments are sent via Federal Express (FedEx) Ground delivery, unless other form of shipping is requested. All international orders will be shipped using United States Postal Service, unless other form of shipping is requested. Once the order is shipped an email with the tracking number will be sent to you directly from Ultra Cart. RETURN POLICY For any reason if you are not able to sell the merchandise you may ship it back to the Gracie Warehouse and you will receive a refund or credit for the items. RESALE CERTIFICATE / SALES TAXES All orders will be charged applicable sales tax unless you have submitted a valid resale certificate.
