The new gi is the same cut as the old ultra white gis. It's an extremely lightweight gi due to its custom tight weave pattern. The gi doesn't have the traditional bulky gi feel as the classic standard gis. It has a less constraining fit which allows for greater flexibility.
It features navy woven labels both on the shoulders and thighs instead of the royal blue trim of the pearl weave series 1. The back consists of a single piece of fabric, unlike most gis which is made up of two or three joining pieces of fabric, allowing greater durability, faster drying, and enhanced comfort when working from the guard. A cool feature is that all Slim Fit Pearl Gis have a hidden mouthguard pocket inside of the jacket!

*Sizes indicated are based on the gi AFTER it has been shrunk in the wash. Also, if you're on the border between two sizes, choose the larger size gi. For example, if you're 6'1" and 210 lbs. you'd be at the top of the A3 sizing but the bottom of A4, in which case you will be much better off with the A4 as the A3 will most likely be too small.

The highest quality gi they have put out yet! Rope drawstring, high quality patches and cut like a shoyoroll. If you own the first version of this gi i recommend upgrading before they are out.

Best Gi ever made
I started out with cheaper brands about $60 to $90 bucks, then $200, and then $150 for this Gi. Hands down best Gi ever. Hardly sweat anymore unless really pushing it but that’s natural. Wash it - Hang dry it and by mid the next day it’s ready to go. I only wish they had different colors so people would know I’m not wearing the same Gi. lol Seriously though you will love everything about this Gi. I feel its under priced for what your getting. I’m 5’7 185ibs and the A2 fits perfect.

Tough & Stylish Keikogi!

Awesome Gi!!
I bought this Gi to train and practice, and just by looks alone its amazing!!! Overall the price is up in range but after you receive it and use it, its worth every penny. I would recommend this since its comfortable, stylish and fits perfect for me. I am 5'5 and weigh 160. I for the most part have broad back and shoulders, bought an A1 and fits perfect from the bag!

Great looking Gi without compromising on a classic style
I really like this Gi, being on the slim side the traditional ones feel a little too loose when sparring and become a liability, this one fits really nice and snug around the chest and waist so you barely feel it while wearing it. the side tabs and patches make the classic white design really stand out and compliment the gi. It is also really sturdy and true to size, the only issue you could find is if you are between sizes since the fit of the jacket is snug but the pants are a more regular fit, you may need to order another size pants if you have some belly.

The nicest Gi I have.
This is my favorite Gi out of the 6 Gi's I own. Really well made and its design is great, just the right amount of patches without being gaudy at all. I like it so much in fact I may buy another.

Awesome look and feel
Beautiful Gi - it is very light and took very little to break in. It's comfortable and looks fantastic. The size was off a bit for me. I usually wear A2L which isn't an option so the A2 pants are way too short. In hindsight, I would have gone up to A3 for a better fit .
